Shit I done it again…
So its official January is well and truly over!
New year new me, were you one of them?
Dry January, Did you last?
No take –aways or shite for the whole month? Did that one go well?
I’m going walking everyday/ Gym/ More exercise/ Walking the kids to school every morning instead of driving?
I wonder and would love to hear how many of you set goals for this Year and smashed through them for the month of Jan.
Also if you didn’t and became part of the 90% that actually fail before January 14th I would love to hear your reasons for falling at the first hurdle?

See there are many ways to hit goals and planning is the best way>>> draw out an overall plan on how you are going to give up drink or Join the gym and exercise or get in the best shape of your life or simply to become more healthy through eating better. Write out a step by step process on how to achieve this goal.
One thing I find and have always loved is in a consultation when people start telling me they hate this part of there body or hate not waking up fresh and being all drowsy in the morning and not actually waking up until 11ish or it be I can barely keep up with the kids in the park something has to change.
^^^ See these “hates” these are your WHY’s. See if you figure out all of these Whys then you should have enough ammo to execute all your goals having set out a plan on how and if you don’t know how to achieve the body you dream of and deserve then simply invest in yourself and hire a coach to do it all for you to take out the guess work.
They will keep you accountable on your journey to success, change things up when needed and teach you how to enjoy yourself through it so its not something you hate.
