Anthony had came with a huge goal put on weight for his holidays at the end of august. We had to make drastic changes to his nutrition plans. Anthony trained with us x2 PT sessions per week for 3 weeks then x3 sessions per week for the next 3 weeks. His results excelled himself and ourselves here, His strength grew very quickly from never lifting a weight in his life to deadlifting 70kg for reps within 6 weeks.
